The students of the course presented a number of proposals for the revision of specialized legislative initiatives in the field of digital economy and discussed them with the First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy Vyacheslav Timchenko. Issues of the importance of the development of legal regulation of the turnover of cryptocurrency and tokens, ICO, mining, as well as the introduction of smart contracts were stipulated.

Vice-Premiere Maxim Akimov previously said that one of the main tasks in the framework of the program «Digital Economics» is the training of professional personnel, and by 2024 it is planned to train 10 million people for special digital literacy programs.

Co-founder Blockchain Lawyers Denis Agaronov said that in 2019 it is planned to improve the program with new modules dedicated to the national project «Digital Economics» and develop the directions of E-Learning using modern remote education technologies. The launch of the new group of students of the program is scheduled for February 18, 2019.
